Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 05, 2026
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking. These terms set out how Only Flights ("we", "us", "the Company") acts as an agent in relation to your travel arrangements.
1. Our Role as an Agent
Only Flights acts as an interface between you and various third-party service providers (Airlines, Hotels, etc.). When you make a booking, your contract is directly with the service provider. We are not responsible for the provision of the travel services themselves.
2. Booking & Payments
- Confirmation: No booking is confirmed until you receive a formal booking confirmation and payment has been processed.
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change by the provider until the ticket is issued. We will notify you immediately of any price changes.
- Unpublished Fares: Many of our fares are private rates. These often come with stricter cancellation policies than standard retail fares.
3. Cancellations & Amendments
All cancellations or changes must be made via phone. Fees apply as follows:
- Provider Fees: Airlines and hotels charge their own fees for changes or cancellations, which may be up to 100% of the booking value.
- Our Admin Fee: We charge a standard administrative fee of £50 per person for processing any amendment or cancellation.
4. Financial Protection
All flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay, you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it. Please see our booking conditions for further information or for more information about financial protection and the ATOL Certificate go to: www.atol.org.uk/ATOLCertificate.
5. Passports, Visas & Health
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure. We cannot accept any liability if you are refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure on your part to carry correct documentation.
6. Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover any cancellation, medical expenses, or personal loss.
7. Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by English Law and any disputes will be dealt with by the Courts of England and Wales.
